DeliveryOrigin of delivery will be South Korea, Singapore or Philippines depending on your location. We use the courier services of Korea Post, Singpost, Xend, LBC and 2Go. Delivery cut off is at 12:00 P.M. All purchases occurring from 12:01 P.M onward will be shipped the next day. We do not ship during weekends hence, all purchases submitted during Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
Estimated delivery time frames is about 10 to 20 days to anywhere in the world. This could be less than 10 days for North Asian and South East Asian countries. Delivery to Europe, Middle East and the United States is about 15 days while delivery to Africa is about 15 days as well.
There will be a holding time of about 2 to 3 days prior to shipment to allow emergency changes with your order such as adding/removing an item or changing the shipping address. This will also ensure that there are no payment issues that might arise such as unauthorized transactions or stolen credit card reports.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn't been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. The only remedy is to fully refund your purchase and reordering again.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that we can also deliver to a PO box or an APO.
How much is the shipping?Shipping is free to anywhere in the world irregardless of country or territory. There is no minimum order quantity required. Shipping is also free irregardless of the product quantity.
Returns & Exchange
Returns policyWe want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the Nose Lifter™ you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong size or if an order is missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchase, kindly contact us via phone, email or chat. We will simply explore the reasons of your dissatisfaction so we can continuously improve our services and products. We will refund the value of the purchased the product if we do believe you are really not satisfied. We might ask that you return the product to us for inspection.
How to return a product?Please note that when you return the product for exchange or refund, it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund or exchange. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary. Contact us via phone, email or chat for return instructions.
Refund policyTake note that the damaged products need to be returned first before we provide refund or exchange. In case the problem is a missing order, missing items will be sent immediately. If you receive incorrect items, we will replace the necessary items or provide a refund. You need not return the incorrect items we sent. How much is the Nose Lifter™?Any size of a pair of Nose Lifter™ is $24.50 US Dollars. We recommend that first time buyers get the complete set or either the small, medium or large set as to initially determine the best size that will fit or provide the best results for their nose type. The small set contains 3 pairs of Nose Lifter™ that include : extra small, small and medium. The medium set contains 3 pairs of Nose Lifter™ as well that includes: small, medium and large. The Large set on the other hand also contains 3 pairs of Nose Lifter™ consisting of medium, large and extra large. Each of these set costs $34.50 US Dollars. The complete set which contains all sizes of Nose Lifter™ device costs 39.50 US Dollars. All Nose Lifter™ whether its solo or set come inside the box with an instruction manual. In case that you tried the small set and the smallest size is still too large for your nose, then our new petite set is the best size for you that includes the sizes: super petite, petite and extra small. Petite set is also $34.50 US Dollars as with any other trio sets.
What is PVC-BTHC?Nose Lifter™ is made up of a bacteriostatic PVC-BTHC or Polyvinyl Chloride Butyryl Trihexyl Citrate, A medical grade, bacteria-resistant and hypoallergenic plastic fiber widely used in sterile medical environments to ensure a 100% safe, hygienic and comfortable experience. It is the material of choice in creating pliable plastic fiber for sterile implants, blood containers, catheters and other internal medical devices.
Where is Nose Lifter™ produced?Nose Lifter™ is made in Korea. It is manufactured by Nose Lifter Incorporated located at 720 40 Banghak 1, Il dong Dobong gu, Seoul, South Korea. 2. Using The Device
Which size of Nose Lifter™ should I choose?There is no specific way of determining which size is the best for your nose type. It depends on factors such as the width and height of your nose, your age, the thickness of the skin, the pliability of the cartilage and the shape of the nostrils. We recommend that you initially buy the complete set or the petite, small, medium and large sets to accurately determine which size is the best for your nose. Also, you should highly consider comfort in determining which size is best for you. As a rule of thumb, the smallest Nose Lifter™ that gives visible results is the best size for you. Using larger Nose Lifter™ for your nose might give an even more dramatic results but could be less comfortable.
How do I use the Nose Lifter™?
1. Wash Nose Lifter™ with soap and water before use. Position your head looking forward or downward. Do not insert the device looking up. Start with the right nostril, get one Nose Lifter™ splint using the right hand and hold it at the base using the thumb and index finger with the jut facing you. Insert the tip of the splint pushing the tip of the nose with a gentle upward pressure.
2. Round your lips and move them downwards to stretch the nostrils. Gently push the base of the Nose Lifter™ splint towards the base of the nostril. See figure 2. Adjust the splint by pressing the sides of the nose until it snugly fits inside the nostril. See figure 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 using the left hand to insert the splint into the left nostril.
3. To remove, position your head looking forward or downward. Do not remove the device looking up. Using the Nose Lifter™ hook, pull the splint downwards by the jut. See figure 4. Repeat this process to remove the other splint.
How long does a typical Nose Lifter™ lasts?Nose Lifter™ is made up of a very durable, pliable and high quality material. It should last for about 2 to 3 years. It is highly resistant to damage and any alterations in shape and structure. It should resist twisting, folding, pulling, pinching and breaking. The only thing that can damage the device is an intentional cutting using a sharp instrument as well as exposure to fire and corrosive chemicals. The most common reason why people buy another Nose Lifter™ is because they have lost the device that is why we highly recommend to keep the Nose Lifter™ at the same storage area every time.
Is there any precaution I should take when using the Nose Lifter™?Yes. Below are the important things you should know when using the device:
1. Wear Nose Lifter™ for not more than an hour during the first week of use. You can increase the usage time until you feel comfortable wearing the product.
2. You should not wear Nose Lifter™ during sleep, exercise, swimming or any other strenuous activity that might cause accidental dislodgment.
3. Use only soap and water in cleaning the product. Alcohol and any other household cleaning products might affect the pliability of the splints.
4. If the splint moved beyond the hook’s reach while inserting or removing it, tilt your head down and strongly blow your nose while the opposite nostril is closed.
5. If pain and discomfort are experienced while wearing the device. Stop using the device for 2 to 3 days. If pain and discomfort persist, stop using the product.

3. Ordering & Payments
Do I need to register an account before ordering?No. Account registration is not required. You can purchase as a guest however, we do encourage registration as it will make it easier for us to help you. Registered users will also have an account dashboard that lists recent orders as well as their tracking information making it easy for you to track your parcel independently. Registered users will also receive newsletters regarding our current promotions and giveaways.
How do I register an account?Simply mouse over on MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and click LOGIN/REGISTER. You will see a CREATE AN ACCOUNT button on the right side of the page. Click it and a pop up will appear asking for your email and password. Simply click REGISTER and you are done. It is as simple as that. We will ask for your shipping and billing address once you are about to purchase from our shop. You can also register during purchase by completing the registration form when checking out.
How do I order?Simply mouse over the product you intend to purchase and click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG. You can also view the details first by click the picture of the product before clicking ADD TO SHOPPING BAG located just above the product's description. You can increase or decrease the product quantity by clicking on the + and - signs on the left side of the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button. The star icon located on the right side of the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button is the WISHLIST button. Clicking the WISHLIST button allows you to add a product on your wishlist to let your friends know that you want the product but cannot purchase it yet.
You can continue browsing for other products and add more product to your shopping bag. Once finished and you are ready to check out, simply click CHECKOUT → PAY on the top menu or simply mouse over your SHOPPING BAG ICON on the upper right side of your screen and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
Fill up the billing address form and if you need the items to be shipped to other address, uncheck the SHIP TO BILLING ADDRESS checkbox to fill up the shipping address form. Click PROCEED WITH PURCHASE. You will be asked to select your desired payment method. Just click your preferred payment option and click PLACE ORDER. Depending on your payment option, you should follow the succeeding steps to complete your purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my location?We ship to anywhere in the World. We use various courier to make sure that you receive your parcel on time. We can ship to home and office addresses, PO Boxes and APOs.
Do you ship door to door or is it for pick up?Delivery is door to door. There should be no fees to be paid when the product arrives at your house. In case you do not have a permanent address or your location is impassable, you can also give us an instruction to place HOLD FOR PICKUP tag at your parcel so you can simply pick it up at the nearest courier office.
How long does shipping take?Shipping time will depend on your location. If you are in North Asia, East Asia or South East Asia shipping will take about 5 to 10 days. If you are in South Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America or South America shipping will take approximately 10 to 15 days. Delivery to Australia, New Zealand and nearby territories will take about 10 days. Delivery to other territories will take about 10 to 20 days. How can I track my order?Simply mouse over MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and click TRACK YOUR ORDER. Simply enter the 5 digit order ID you receive when ordering as well as the email address you used during purchase and click TRACK. In the succeeding page, you will see your tracking number and website where to track your parcel as well as other important notes regarding your order.
5. Refunds & Returns
If I am not satisfied, can I ask for a full refund?Customer satisfaction is our primordial priority. In case you are not happy with any of our products for any reasons, simply return the unused product to receive a refund. Take note that we do not refund non credit card and non PayPal payments. Do you give free samples to bloggers?Yes. Ensure that your blog is atleast 6 months old with atleast 50 unique visitors a day. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject "Sample Request" and give us your full name, address and your blog URL. We will examine first if your blog qualifies. It will usually take just a few minutes before you receive a positive or a negative reply from us. Samples are sent same day you sent your request. For blog reviews, we usually send all the Nose Lifter™ sizes to be sure you get your perfect size.
Do you give samples to video bloggers and product reviewers?If you are a Videoblogger or a product reviewer with an existing YouTube channel and atleast 100 subscribers, kindly email us at email@example.com with a subject "Sample Request" and simply state your interest in doing a video review together with your full name, address and your YouTube channel URL.
